The Plan covers the period from November 1 to April 15 -- that time of year normally having the highest incidence of winter storms. This version is the twentieth edition of the Plan and represents a general update of information published in previous editions. This edition has revised east coast storm tracks that were coordinated with the Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Air Force Reserves and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
