Description:This study presents new abundance estimates for harbor porpoise, Phocoena phocoena, within shelf waters of the outer coasts of Oregon and Washington, USA. Habitat-based spatial density models were developed to estimate the abundance of three harbor porpoise stocks in this region, based on aerial surveys conducted during August-September 2021 and 2022.
