Description:The purposes of this publication are to provide a brief practical explanation of the AMOS, RAMOS, and AUTOB observations and the techniques employed in data acquisition and formulation, and to list the station locations and vital statistics. For consistency, the basic format of the guide follows that of the automated reports. The few exceptions will be explained as they occur throughout the guide.
