Description:The fourth Gulf of Mexico Ecosystems and Carbon Cycle (GOMECC-4) cruise on board the NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown took place from September 13 to October 21, 2021. The survey of GOMECC-4 consisted of CTD/DO, rosette, LADCP, water samples, bongo-style net tows, surface net tows, underway measurements, and sediment cores. The ship departed from Key West, FL and went around the Gulf of Mexico in a counterclockwise direction, ending in St. Petersburg, FL.
