Description:WARN allows a forecaster to put a character in a box next to a county name in a preformat and the program will insert the county names in two places in the proper format for Cable TV. The program will also produce the date/time line of the mass media header and place the expiration time in two places. Version 1.50 adds the following features: (1) routing codes may now be used in the message comp header block when filling out the preformats, (2) output priorities are taken from DATAKEY0, (3) time zone is taken from AFOSGEN and (4) USTOR is used to store the output product (file WARN is deleted).
