Description:"The American Samoa federal longline logbook data are summarized by date of haul as shown in Table 1. All longline logbook data submitted by holders of federal limited entry longline permits for fishing activities during 2007 have been processed by staff at the Department of Marine and Wildlife Resources (DMWR) and are reported in this report. As of March 27, 2008, the documented delinquency rate for 2007 was 1.2% according to the DMWR Daily Effort Census and Delinquency Reporting System. Therefore, the data in this report are preliminary and are from the logs submitted to DMWR as of March 27, 2008"--Page [1].
