Description:This framework adjustment to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan was prepared by the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council and is intended to improve management of the scup commercial fishery, pursuant to the MagnusonStevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act of 1976, as amended by the Sustainable Fisheries Act (SFA) in 1996.
