This Environmental Assessment analyzes the environmental impacts of the National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources proposal to issue 5-year regulations and subsequent Letter of Authorization pursuant to Section 101(a)(5) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act for the unintentional taking, by Level B harassment, of marine mammals incidental to U.S. Navy missile launches from San Nicolas Island, California, from June 2014 to June 2019.
