"The EA was prepared by federal and state natural resources Trustees responsible for restoring natural resources and services injured as a result of releases of hazardous substances in areas at or impacted by release from the Holyoke Coal Tar Site, Holyoke, Hampden County, Massachusetts. The EA describes the natural resource injuries and the actions selected by the Trustees to restore the natural injuries. These actions take the form of funding awards for restoration projects to be implemented in the towns of Pelham, Easthampton, and the mainstem of the Connecticut River situated within multiple Massachusetts municipalities. The selected projects are as follows: 1. Bartlett Fish Rod Company dam removal, Pelham, MA; 2. Manhan Dam fishway installation, Easthampton, MA; 3.
