This report marks the end of the twelfth year of Sea Grant's presence in Delaware. Sea Grant is a partnership in which the university, industry, and government pool their intellectual and financial resources to approach both contemporary and future coastal and marine issues in a coordinated and objective way. Our goal is to stimulate practical marine resource development and use through application-oriented research, education and training, and advisory services.
