A workgroup consisting of individuals from the NMFS Southeast Regional Office, NMFS Southeast Fisheries Science Center, and the South Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Councils, using the four criteria outlined in the final rule, has analyzed the current SBRMs in this document. The information included in this document constitutes the review required by the SBRM final rule.
