These proceedings of an international symposium on fish by-products focus on innovative seafood processing technologies. Fish by-products such as emulsion, silage, hydrolysate, meal and sawdust are used in high-quality animal and fish feed, nutritional supplements, fertilizer, industrial materials, and pharmaceuticals.
