Description:This is a guide for Hudson River marina owners, operators and boat clubs that describes sediment contaminants likely found in lower Hudson River sub-basins, based on marina maintenance dredging projects permitted through the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC). It includes questions and answers on the NYSDEC's dredging permit process and river sediment contaminant data from a NYSG-sponsored study by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
