Description:"The National Marine Fisheries Service proposes to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the taking, by Level B harassment, of small numbers of marine mammals incidental to Manette Bridge replacement project in Bremerton, Washington. Because the proposed bridge replacement project is expected to last for three years starting from June 2010, this EA applies to the current IHA application and any future IHA applications for the bridge replacement activities during the time period of June 1 through May 31, annually, over the duration of the project"--Cover page.
