Description:To fully use the enhancement capability of SWIS, we need to know what temperature (in degrees Celsius), each digital count on the bottom of the SWIS color control workspace corresponds to. For an unenhanced satellite image, this information is contained in the standard IR calibration provided in the GOES User's Guide (June, 1983). However, at this time, only enhanced images are available on SWIS.
