Description:In 2018, the QMPSG met at the Regional Office in St. Petersburg, FL and selected the South Atlantic and Gulf for-hire electronic reporting programs as the hands-on training session. The QMPSG contracted Dr. Jack West of the ASQ Learning Institute to lead the exercise. Prior to the meeting, QMPSG leads, Dr. West, and the Regional Office for-hire electronic reporting implementation team leads met to discuss the background of the project, the intent for the in-person workshop, and the tools that would be appropriate for the meeting.
