Description:Program RWR9 reads Surface Airways Observations (SAO’s) from the local AFOS database and reformats them into plain language collectives for Hourly, State, and Regional Weather Roundups. Output is suitable for direct transmission on the state weather wire. Program options also allow the creation of a locally stored Broadcast Text, which contains observations to be broadcast on the weather radio.
