Description:"The Southeast Fisheries Center (SEFC) provides a series of detailed reports that evaluate the Texas closure management option in either December or January to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council. This year's series of final reports presented to the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council in January 1987 on the 1986 Texas closure will be the sixth year that the Southeast Fisheries Center has evaluated the Texas closure management measure.
