This report is for the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council (MAFMC). The major messages of the report are synthesized on pages 1 and 2, and synthesis themes are illustrated on page 3. The information in this report is organized into two sections; performance measured against ecosystem-level management objectives (Table 1), and potential risks to meeting fshery management objectives (climate change and other ocean uses).
