This FMP, which regulates the U. The Fishery Monitoring and Economics Program (FMEP) of the Honolulu Laboratory, Southwest Fisheries Science Center, NMFS, NOAA, collects biological and economic information from U. This report focuses on information from federally permitted domestic longline vessels based in Hawaii.
