Description:The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Coral Health and Monitoring Program in Miami, Florida has for the last several years worked cooperatively with the Florida Institute of Oceanography in monitoring meteorological and oceanographic events at selected Coastal-MarineAutomated Network sites in the Florida Straits. In a previous report, an object-oriented analysis (OOA) was conducted of the existing system with an eye toward redesigning the system. This report builds on the OOA results from the previous study and utilizes the latest in object-oriented design techniques to design a new system.
