This report is for the New England Fishery Management Council (NEFMC) and synthesizes ecosystem information to better meet fshery management objectives. The major messages of the report are summarized on pages 1, 2, and 3 and synthesis themes are illustrated on page 4. Information in this report is organized into two sections: (1) performance measured against ecosystem-level management objectives (Table 1), and (2) potential risks to meeting fshery management objectives (climate change and other ocean uses).
