Description:

This report presents a summary of surface and bottom temperature and salinity data collected during the Northeast Fisheries Science Center’s 2019 Northern Right Whale Survey aboard the UNOLS R/V Connecticut. All data was obtained with an NEFSC Seacat 19+V2 (s/n 7143). Salt water samples were collected for the purpose of calibrating the conductivity cell. A total of 31 CTD casts were conducted; which included 19 bongo tows (the first tow was not saved) and 12 vertical CTD/water casts.
