Description:The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (South Atlantic Council) is proposing Framework Amendment 4 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for Coastal Migratory Pelagic Resources in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Region (CMP FMP). Framework Amendment 4 includes changes to the bag limit, minimum size limit, and accountability measures (AMs) for recreational harvest of Atlantic migratory group cobia (Atlantic cobia), in addition to establishing a recreational vessel limit and commercial trip limit for Atlantic cobia.
