Description:This document contains a Regulatory Impact Review and a Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis for Amendment 85 to the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska analyzing an action to exempt some or all catcher/processors that participate in the Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Program from the early July stand down period that prevents their participation in directed Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands groundfish fisheries during those dates. The analyses in this document address the requirements of Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
