Description:Section 4 of the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA) requires the designation of critical habitat for threatened and endangered species and provides for the revision of critical habitat based on the best scientific data available. This report contains a biological assessment in support of a proposed revision of critical habitat for the endangered leatherback turtle (Dermochelys coriacea).
