  "This is the Fourteenth submission of annual U.S. and Territorial fishery statistics by the NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC). The submission consists of preliminary 2017 fisheries data for highly migratory species (HMS) in the Pacific Ocean, and updated data for 2016, unless otherwise indicated. Annual catch and effort estimates are included for fisheries of the U.S. and Participating Territories of American Samoa and Guam, as well as the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands"--Page 1.
