Description:Standard project storm (SPS) precipitation and snowmelt temperature criteria are developed in this report for the total 9,570 mi² drainage of the Clearwater River above Spaulding, Idaho. Temperature criteria for snowmelt are developed for the November through June period with emphasis on SPS-level criteria for the 3-day SPS period and for three antecedent days.
