"This document identifies and develops climate change adaptation strategies specific to American Samoa and its vulnerabilities to climate change. The Territorial Climate Change Adaptation Advisory Group, mandated via Executive Order-002 by Governor Togiola Tulafono on 17 June 2011, developed this document to direct climate change-related management strategies in American Samoa. The strategies developed aim to protect and sustain the livelihoods of American Samoan communities"--Page 3.
