"This Implementation Plan (Plan) describes the process by the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) to plan and prioritize research activities, allocate resources, and conduct reviews of scientific work products. This Plan is a complement to the PIFSC Science Plan , which was developed in 2013, and provides the overall framework and strategic vision for science planning.
