Description:

This Environmental Assessment analyzes the environmental impacts of the National Marine Fisheries Service, Office of Protected Resources proposal to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization, pursuant to Section 101(a)(5)(D) of the Marine Mammal Protection Act, to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for the take of small numbers of marine mammals incidental to construction activities as part of a Kodiak Ferry Terminal and Dock Improvements Project. The IHA would be valid from September 30, 2015 through September 29, 2016.
