This agreement will allow cooperation and coordination between the Parties so that NOAA can undertake activities outlined in the project plan of the Remote Sensing Group under the Coral Reef Targeted Research Project. This project is designed to be the first phase of a long-term research effort into the impact of human activity and climate change on coral reefs.
