Description:Relates the methodology and summary results of a survey to characterize the Oculina coral reef ecosystem off the central east coast of Florida to determine effects of the designation of the Experimental Oculina Research Reserve (EORR) as a marine protected area (MPA). Survey conducted by oceanographic submersible Clelia and ROVs (Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles).
