Description:This report summarizes the findings and recommendations of Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant's JEDI committee, that was charged to research, examine, and develop recommendations for the unit’s leadership team on specific actions that could be taken to advance goals of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) both within our organization and the communities we serve. By having a value system in place, it is the hope of the committee that the findings and recommendations will further embed and institutionalize the unit’s commitment and advancement of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) principles.
